Unupdateable query

I have a query with 4 tables with INNER JOIN links to SQL Server tables.
I can delete 3 of the tables and i still get an unupdateable query (at least i think so) as there is no record which can be added.
Any ideas?

Solved it, it needs the Primary Key in the query of the major table in the query.
