Search for control name through all objects in Access 2007
How do I do this, I have a control on a form and wish to know where it is used in queries or forms. I have searched all VBA to no avail.

Re: Search for control name through all objects in Access 20
I use Rick Fisher's add-in Find and Replace for this purpose. It is not free, but more than worth its modest price. You can try it out for free for 30 days, after that the add-in will cease to operate unless you register it.
Best wishes,
Hans

Thanks Hans, I thought there may have been an Access option.
I had bought that many years ago and as I upgraded to Access 2007 it stopped working.

The latest release (9.00k) supports Access 2007 and later. If you already have a license for version 9.0, you should be able to download, install and register this release.
If you have the version for Access 97 (i.e. version 8.0), you can upgrade to the current version for a reduced price.

I use "Find and Replace" even with Access2010.
