User that works fine is XP access 2010
2 users not working are both access 2010, one on xp, one on win7
the user that works switchboard shows up fine. The other 2 users are missing an option.
went to switch board manager to add the item, But under new the FORM is not listed
About me I have Zero access experience. been looking on google for hours any help would be greatly appreciated
recently on one the users(xp) not working I had to shift left click to open and enable full menus, default shortcuts, and toolbars
all other settings match on both xp computers match except application title. which is blank and some navigation pane options

Re: Switchboard issue
If you open the database, do you have to login with a username and password?

Re: Switchboard issue
I don't understand why the switchboard or the application title would be different if the database is the same and if there is no user-level protection.
Would it be possible to create a stripped-down copy of the database without sensitive information, zip the copy and attach the zip file to a reply? Max. file size for attachments is 250 KB.
