Problems with a report

I am finished writing a report that looks like an spreasheet, every field has a thin line around it, but now I changed two fields property to ( Can Grow ) what it is happening is that now double line are appering in the report in some places , can anybody tell why ?

Does the problem persist if you change the zoom percentage? Is it visible in the printed output?

This is images is how it looks, on this example I have two fields with the (Can Grow property) set to Yes, Before I only had one field and did not had the problem, the one on the right (Comments), Now is doing this double line but after I change the one in the right.

You might set the borders of the text boxes to transparent and use a single horizontal line below the text boxes.
