Re: This error on the subform
Is the Record Source of the subform a crosstab query?

Re: This error on the subform
The field names / column headings of a crosstab query are determined by the Column Heading field:
Since the values of this field can change, the field names of the crosstab query, and hence of the subform, might change. Access can't handle this.
If you know in advance which values will occur, you can fix them by setting the Column Headings property of the query:
- Open the crosstab query in design view.
- Click in an empty part of the upper half of the query window.
- If necessary, activate the Property Sheet (press F4 if you don't see it).
- Enter the values in the Column Headings property, separated by commas. If the values are text strings, enclose each value in quotes, e.g. "John".
- Save and close the query.
