Still very strange, I'm still getting the "No Current Record" with your version, it must be Office Versions.
Back to post 113453, I suppose I could cheat the record and change the JobID so it goes somewhere in the Abyss without the user knowing, kind of keep a JobID just for this type of thing? What do you think?

You might try it, but I don't really like the idea.

Ok, I'll give that some thought. Testing other pc's here, the fault only lies with my version of Access. 2010 is ok, 2003 is fine also. Looks like I may have to reinstall Office to resolve this.
