I remember seeing years ago a tool to take existing data in a back end and randomly change it so you can use it as a sample database. I tried finding it recently, but wasa unable to. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Re: Randomize existing data
There are a number of free online data generators and some paid versions to create data for databases (and other sources). I am not aware of being able to generate sample data from existing info in a back end, (AFAIK).ZaveR wrote:I remember seeing years ago a tool to take existing data in a back end and randomly change it so you can use it as a sample database. Re: Randomize existing data
Access MVP Mark Davis (aka CyberCow) has posted some code and a sample file on UtterAccess: Data Anonymous (Scramble That Data) III, Any Version. You have to be logged in as a member to download the sample file.
Best wishes,
