Size and distance of each text box and diagram

Hi all,
Do you all have any idea on the fastest way to make all the sizes of text box,and distance of each text box is same so that my presentation look more organized...

Hi Jerry,

If you select the shapes, go to the FORMAT ribbon and use the options in the Align dropdown.
These options will help to quickly organise the shapes evenly.

Right next to the Align button are two text boxes for height and width.
If you use the spin arrows on these text boxes your shapes will all get to the same size too.

To make all the objects the same size, select them and then provide the height and width in the indicated boxes.
All the selected shapes will be sized to the size you provide.
