When you split an overflowing text into two slides using Powerpoint's native function, the second slide just inherits the title of the first slide.
Is there a macro or third-party add-in that will append an appropriate notifier -- e.g., (cont'd) -- in the title of the second slide?
Automatically adding "cont'd" in the title when splitting?

I've never heard of one, and I cannot find any either.
Best wishes,

I think the answer is a No, but is it something that can be achieved with a macro?HansV wrote:I've never heard of one, and I cannot find any either.

It might well be possible, but it's beyond my capability - I don't understand PowerPoint VBA.

New Daddy, you may want to try the Microsoft Community that Hans point me to when I needed VBA coding in PPT. John Wilson was very gracious and fast in his reply and I got some working code exactly as I needed. John has helped me twice since with other VBA as well.
