Send SMS Using Excel

Is there any free application that could be used to send sms to designated mobile phones.

Any idea or help on this would be kindly appreciated.

I have no experience with this myself, but apparently it can be done through Skype - see SMS text messages.

Here is another link that sends sms. I've tried sending to mine. The site says it has sent I do not receive any. Can anyone try on this. It says free.

Shouldn't you try the version for the country where you live? It is in the list on the left hand side.

I've tried. But does not seem to work. I mean I'm not getting the text message. Is it working on your area?

I haven't tried it myself, but I found a report using Google that this service doesn't work...

Yeah you're right. I guess because of that it is not working and I'm not receiving text messages. Most sites say they provide free sms. But I guess none works.
