Hello. Excel 2007.
Is there a way to trust a server location/folder for every user? Is there a similar method
when distributing a file to a user, to have it trusted automatically?

You can set trusted locations using a group policy: see Configure trusted locations and trusted publishers settings in the 2007 Office system.
