Good morning!
I'm working on the code module Hans provided from John Walkenbach's Excel Develop Tip page, on how to ensure that data validation is not deleted. Thanks, Hans, for finding that!
I'm using Excel 2007. I have to save the file, though, as Excel 2003 for some of the nurses. How can I save it in 2003 as a macro-enabled Excel file? That may seem like a goofy question but I'm not sure how to do it from Excel 2007. I see an option to save it as a macro-enabled 2007 file, or as a plain ole Excel 2003 file.
Thanks

Re: saving a macro enabled 2003 Excel file?
Excel 97-2003 files (.xls) are always macro-enabled. The distinction between macro-enabled (.xlsm) and non macro-enabled (.xlsx) file types was introduced in Excel 2007.
So just save your workbook as an Excel 97-2003 workbook (*.xls).
