Add shortcuts in "My Places" in Excel 2007

Is it possible to add folder shortcut in "My places" in Excel 2007 alike 2003?

See How to customize the My Places bar in both the Open and the Save As dialog boxes in Office, it has a section for Office 2007. But it depends on your Windows version. The method described in the MSKB article doesn't work in Windows 7 (at least not for me)
