Hi all
I would like to format a range of cells, B1:K65536, to be red with a white font if the value is = to or less than 0 but to ignore any blanks, I have tried, with all of the cells highlighted =ISBLANK(B1<=0), =ISNUMBER(B1<=0) and some sites suggest using AND so I tried =AND(B1<=0,B1<>"") but none of them work, any help would be appreciated

Re: CF help (2003 SP3)
The formula =AND(B1<=0,B1<>"") is correct. Make sure that B1 is the active cell within the selection when you set conditional formatting. If another cell is the active cell, you should adjust the formula accordingly.
Best wishes,
Hans

It took me about 4 times of deleting all conditions closing CF and then doing it again and then it worked
