I just worked on an Excel File and then saved it. Normally it saves correctly but today it saved using May 1, 2022 as the date it was worked on. Any ideas why this is happening and how to correct it?
I am going to work on and save another file as soon as I post this and see if it does the same thing.

Re: Not Updating Current Date When Being Saved
That looks like a glitch. Is the problem reproducible?
Best wishes,

Re: Not Updating Current Date When Being Saved
It was when I had the Windows File Explorer opened and did a Refresh using the F5 key. I must have closed that instance of the File explorer and after I saved that other file I mentioned above, I opened File explorer and both files came to the top of the list with today's date, as they should. I have no idea what happened. maybe Windows 11 doesn't like the F5 key.
