Hi all
On a WS I have 2 Combo Boxes that are linked to the cells behind them one is for a currency code and one is for a gateway (airport) code, these populate dozens of fields throughout the workbook, or they should!!
='Company Details'!C4
='Company Details'!C5
If I type the references in manually or even if I type the = click on the sheet and cell and hit return to copy it over it only works one time, if I go back and change the values in the combo boxes the data remains in place for the first selection
Any ideas please?
Cheers

Have you made sure that calculation is set to Automatic (Formulas tab of the ribbon, Calculation Options)?
Best wishes,
Hans

As usual you are perfectly correct but I am not sure how it can switch itself of as I never touch this option, but it is working now and that is what matters
Thanks for the quick response and advice

Re: losing references (Excel 2007)
If you open a workbook that has been saved (by you or by anyone else) with calculation set to Manual, Excel will remain in Manual calculation mode until you explicitly set it to Automatic again.
And, software being software, sometimes settings go astray without any clear reason...
