Please see the attachment. I would like to generate graph in sheet 2 based on the value in sheet1. Any idea?

Hi Rudi,

Can you please let me know how to generate the attached file. Because i am not sure how u generate COUNT OF LOAD under Value coloumn.

Simply drag the ' LOAD' field to the Values area of the pivot table.

Hi Krishnaa

See images below.
In image 1 I connected to the source data and placed the fields as illustrated in the drop zones
The Count of load is counting the load entries since it is a text field.

The second image illustrates that the pivot should be placed in a Tabular layout (if required).

hi,

Your pivot chart is working fine.
But the issue is , i am having Week starting date and week ending date in each and every row and i have different load like LOAD 1, LOAD 2, LOAD 3.

I would like to generate pivot chart for Load1,2,3 separately by sorting with week.
Please see the attachment. I am stuck with this issue. Any solution much appreciated.
