Hi
I think the answer is *NO* but I will ask anyway. Is it possible to format (colour) individual rows based on a column value in a Pivot Table?
For example, if column 5 is 'Yes' then set the pivot table row as Black on Green otherwise Blank on Red.
Thanks.
Robie

You could attempt conditional formatting directly on the pivot table (if the structure does not change much)
See sample.
I have not tested thoroughly to see if the dynamics of the table will alter the CF...

That is most excellent Rudi. I managed to use conditional formatting and it works.Rudi wrote:You could attempt conditional formatting directly on the pivot table (if the structure does not change much)

As regards to the dynamics of the table, I created the formatting when the table is at its largest possible values (several hundred rows). It seems to handle smaller size tables.
Thank you very much.
