I have attached a sample workbook of a desired outcome. The data in the Register Sheet needs to be counted and tallied into the individual sheets as per the workbook wither through a formula or vba.
w want to sum how many times each sub category in the Register sheet appears for a specific district and then copied to the relevant sheet.
your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Ronin,
The attached workbook show how you can set up a SUMIFS() function to calculate the values you need. Please verify if the results are accurate and what you expect.
Also note that I formatted the first block on each sheet to use this custom number format: 0;-0;;@
This will hide zeros since it would complicate the formula much more to do it in the calc. Cell formatting is quicker.
