What is modifying Normal.dotm?

For the past few days, every time I exit word it displays this dialog box.

I suspect it is something that my employers have done, but I am reluctant to allow the changes without knowing what they are.

Does anyone know how I can find out what is causing this. (I tried disabling all Word Add-ins and Com Add-ins but that didn't prevent it).

Adobe Acrobat is notorious for causing this, and where I work I can't really disable it - it'll be reactivated automatically.

Could certainly be Acrobat. I did install an Acrobat patch the other day, I had forgotten about that.
