FREE LUNCH offer (Word 2003)

Post by ChrisGreaves »

There's another free lunch available (1) to the first Lounger who can save the rest of what's left of my hair by telling me how to Get Rid Of[TM] the aggravating icon that tells me I've put something in the clipboard even before my fingers have released the Ctrl-C key combination.

Any reasonable solution short of switching back to 80-column punched cards is acceptable.

(1)And yes, the prize is transferrable to the next lounger to drift within a mile of The Montreal Deli

I know the feeling, it can be quite annoying and I myself do not have a clue how to eliminate this pest, hopefully someone will have a simple solution. And by doing so I will add an extra slice of cheese to Chris’s offer.

Does that help?

Yes, thanks Hans. It does.
However you are disqualified from the extra slice of cheese; we feel that you have more than enough where you are as it is.

Isn't it up to ABabeNChrist to decide that? :sulk:

Before a final decision can be made on this single slice of cheese (type of cheese selection is determined by ABabeNChrist) further investigation is needed to determine the answer given and if there were any rules broken.

Upon further review it has been determined that Hans has given a correct answer (Word 2003) and no rule violations were broken. As promised here is your slice of cheese. Congratulation

Oh well. :don'tcare: or perhaps .
I see from AbabeInChrist's response that I don't have to give edam.
