We have users on Word 2003 and Word 2010 - when they print a document with a watermark some of the letters are missing. I have tried unticking the semi-transparent option but its still the same.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Carolyn

Re: Watermark missing letters
Clearing the "semi-transparent" setting is the recommended fix for this problem. If that doesn't help, I have no idea. Sorry!
Best wishes,

Ok - semi-transparent seems to work when you just add a watermark and untick it. My issue might be that I am adding the watermark through my print macro - is there anyway to take this off completely? Weirdly it seems to work ok for some users but not others? And they all use the same printers.

Re: Watermark missing letters
When I record a macro of adding a watermark with semi-transparent turned off, this is the relevant line:
Selection.ShapeRange.Fill.Transparency = 0
Perhaps you can incorporate something similar in your macro.
