Word QAT and Normal.dotm through Roaming Profiles

We are currently using WDS to deploy Windows 7 and Office 2010 to all new machines. We are trying to customize options, the QAT, and the Normal.dotm for all of our users. The problem is all of our users have roaming profiles so whenever they log in it does not keep the settings in Word. Outside of us changing everyones profiles manually does anyone have any more efficient methods to apply these to all of our users roaming profiles? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

BTW, Normal.dotm is stored in the roaming part of the user profile so it should travel automatically.

I will read through this thank you for the link. I know that it stores in the roaming part but I need to get the customized normal.dotm that we created into everyones profile.

The default location for the user's own Normal.dotm is

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

Where do you store your customized Normal.dotm?

That is where it will be stored but we need to know how to get it there by default through the deployment without having to touch every machine

The MSDN article I posted a link to explains how to use scripts for that. I'm afraid I can't help you with the details, but hopefully others have experience with that side of things.
