Another Word problem

Word 365 problem.
I had a document which was produced by an earlier version of Word and so ran in Compatibility Mode. I followed the instructions in Help (apart from the fact that there is no "Save a Copy" as instructed by Help) and saved it as a .docx. However, when open, Word still says it is running in Compatibility Mode. (see photo)
How can I make this a Word 365 doc, please?

Select File > Info, then click Convert.

"Save a copy" is a command in the online program called Word, not the desktop versions.

When you want to regularly produce a particular kind of document, what you need is to save as a template, and use the template. Then you never have the problem of overwriting your original.

The online program does not use templates, the desktop applications do.
