Change name in Word comments

How can I get the name that shows up in my Comments in Word to match the user name that I have entered in File | Options | General?
I do not want the username and e-mail address associated with the account that I have logged into Microsoft using to show up in the comments that I enter in my Word documents. I want the name that I entered in Options to show up instead, without my email address showing.

There ought to be a checkbox in the personalisation section under File | Options | General

"Always use these values regardless of sign in to Office"

Oh, it should be noted that setting this is not retroactive. Existing Comments will not be updated.
