Morning all
In Excel I can use a validated list box that does not use code, is there and equivalent in Word? I have Googled and searched the forum but no joy, I do not want to use a list box or combo as my search suggests that these use macros which I cannot do in this document.

You may be able to achieve what you want using an autotextlist field.

Thanks for that, I had not even thought of going down that route but making a .dot with the autotext seems like a nice and simple idea.
