Afternoon all
a couple of related questions please. I am a Word document from which I have removed the editing protection, however the editing fields still show, so Q1 how do I remove them?, Q2 as you can see from the sample below some text is bold and some is not, I have highlighted it and tried to remove it by using the B in the text edit ribbon but it stays bold, I have highlighted the text and it is all based on normal but even if I try to modify that some of the text still stays bold?
Cheers

Re: restricted editting
Hi Hans
The remove bold worked fine, thank you but using alt and F9 together does not show any field codes, as I am using a wireless keyboard connected to a laptop I tried fn+Alt+F9 but that just opened a new web page
Cheers![Cheers ](./images/smilies/cheers.gif)

Hi Hans
Thank you, I am not sure if that was an offer to look so I have taken the liberty of attaching a sanitised version

Re: restricted editting
Thanks, that helped.
Activate the Review tab of the ribbon,
In the Protect group, click 'Restrict Editing'.
Under 'Exceptions (optional)', move the mouse pointer to Everyone and click the dropdown arrow.
Select 'Remove all editing permissions for this user'.
Now click 'Restrict Editing' again to close the task pane.
