Word 2013: View One Page With PageDown

When using "PageDown" the top of the page is never at the top. It appears to be scrolling.

Is there an alternative way of doing this?

Page Down scrolls down the height of the window. Use Ctrl+Page Down to move to the top of the next page, and Ctrl+Page Up to move to the top of the previous page.

I just found another way. One can use the GoTo page number and select the "Next or Previous" button.
