Swapping Logo Pictures

Is there a quick way to swap the logo at the top of the linked Word file with the linked jpg keeping the same size? If I cut the original logo and then use Insert/Picture and insert the jpg, I cannot resize it to be as small as the original logo and it positions half way through the page rather than at the top.

You need to set the picture wrap to be "In front of Text" and then set the height, width, and position of the image. Does this look right to you?
