I'm trying to send data from Access 2010 to a Word 2010 form. The problem is an Access Memo-type field. Every Word field I’ve used (e.g. Legacy Text Form Field) errors out (“String too Long”) if the Memo field contains more than 256 characters. (Note: in the Text Form Field Options I’ve set the Maximum Length option to “Unlimited”, but the max is still 256).
Please: does anyone know a way to get text >256 characters from an Access Memo field into a Word Form Field?

If you're using VBA to do the transfer, look at this:
