Please see attached document (The document size was greatly reduced from the original for posting purposes. Thus it looks totally chopped up). It was last modified with Track Changes turned on. When I click "No Markup", the Track Changes notations disappear as I expect. I save the document (either over itself or as a new file) and when I reopen the document, the TC notations have reappeared.
How do I permanently get rid of the TC notations?

To 'get rid' of them you need to accept or reject them.
