Can you bring up the "Accept or Reject Changes" pane in Word 2013?
That was a very useful pane in Word 2003, and I mostly worked through that pane when working with revisions.

One can still access certain wizards from the older versions using the Office Access Key (ALT+Menu Accelerator (EG: ALT+V)) and then press the Menu Item Accelerator Letter to access the dialogs. I do not think this "pane" or "toolbar" is available though in the ribbon versions. A string of experimental key combinations and a few Google searches did not provide any solution.

You can add this dialog to the Quick Access toolbar, to a custom group on the ribbon, or assign a keyboard shortcut to it. The command is listed as Accept/Reject Changes in All Commands:
In the Customize Keyboard dialog, it is listed as ToolsReviewRevisions:

I keep forgetting that the QAT is more useful than it looks, although it cannot be a replacement for the fully customizable toolbars.

You can also create a custom group on the Review tab of the ribbon, and add Accept/Reject Changes to this group. That way, the button will only be visible when you display the Review tab. (A QAT button will always be visible)
