Cannot change the Language of Normal style
I have a document that is not allowing me to change the Language of the Normal style. I have attempted to modify the language to Arabic several times, but the language sticks to English (UK). Moreover, I have tried to select all of the text in the document and change it to Arabic, but even this has no impact on changing the language to UK.
As a result of this, all of my numbers are showing up in Arabic numeral (which is used in English) rather than in Hindi numerals (which is used in Arabic) whenever I have “Context” selected for numerals, despite the fact that the entire document is in Arabic.

Have you tried setting your Regional Settings in Windows to Arabic?
