screen border

Post by Dave Davison »

I know that when Landscape orientation is selected in page set up the whole screen is filled but wondered if the typing area can be expanded in protrait mode so removing the blue areas to the sides? Just curious. Regards Dave.

Option 1: drag the zoom slider in the lower right corner of the Word window to the right.

Option 2: activate the View tab of the ribbon and click Page Width in the Zoom group.

Alternatively, as a third option, you should be able to hold down the Ctrl key and scroll your mouse wheel to vary the zoom level. (This works in multiple applications, including web browsers...)
