Activate check spelling in Word, Outlook 2010

Hi all,

I have changed language option in outlook and word, but red underline for check spelling won't appears. Did I miss some steps? Kindly need a help.

Have the proofing tools for the language that you selected been installed?

I missed keyboard and language tab on region and language setting :)
