Shortcut to select to end of document

Even simpler: Ctrl-End

Hi Paul,

I thought Ctrl+End moved the insertion point to the end of the document.
Ctrl+Shift+End selects from the current position to the end of the document, as requested by Robie.

Ctrl-End just moves the insertion point to the end of the document for me. If I press shift at the same time then it selects to the end of the document.

Sorry, I mis-read the question as meaning only that Robie wanted to select the end of the document.
