Displaying 2 Pages

My daughter is editing a word document and it insists on displaying two pages on the screen at the same time! She has not been able to figure out how get it to display only one page at a time. I believe she is running the latest version of Word. I am running Word 1000 and I don't see any settings for this in my system. Her document displays one page at a time on my vista system.

Hopefully, someone knows how to correct this.

Sorry, I have Office 2000! Only a 1000 off! I'm not really sure what version my daughter has but I think it purchased in the last year.

For Word 2007 in the menu I would click View | One Page. HTH

The problem is solved. My daughter says she fixed that setting and also realized that her screen was much wider than usual so she changed it back to normal and the two changes solved the problem. I'm actually not real sure what she meant by that screen width thing but at least it is fixed now.

In Word 2007 the options in View are Zoom, 100%, One Page, Two Pages and Page Width. By clicking the latter an open document almost fills the width of the window.

Thanks for the info Malcolm. I finally clicked on View > Zoom and found similar selections there in my Word 2000.
