I ran across this question on the MS Answers site.
It is above my skill level and I thought someone here might feel like tackling it.

I would guess that Paul Edstein or Doug Robbins will chime in with an answer there, in any case. I posted a short response which will block any of the "Independent Advisors" from giving an inane response.
