single user version of office to another laptop

My laptop has had it. Cannot start internet on it. Thinking of buying a new laptop. Can I use my office 10 single user to new laptop

Yes, that should be possible, if you still have the license key. If you have problems activating it, you may have to contact Microsoft. From what I've heard, they are generally very helpful in such situations.

The current version is Office 2019. Microsoft doesn't sell Office 2013 (or 2016) anymore, so you'd have to find a retailer who still has copies of Office 2013. I have no idea how cheap or expensive that would be.
