Office 2016: Provide Feedback with Sound

Office 2016: Provide Feedback with Sound
If I enable "Provide Feedback with Sound" in Office 2016, I'm directed to a MS website to download "Sounds.exe". When I run that file, it refuses to install... (looks like it doesn't recognize Office 2016...; it worked in O2013). Any clues?

Sounds.exe is actually a zip file. Try unzipping it. One of the files you get should be Sounds.msi. Run this file.
