I have BitMeter installed on my PC; it shows download and upload data usage.
Last night I noticed that something was downloading huge amounts of data although I had nothing running that would do such a thing.
Is there a way I can find out what is causing this download?
Thanks

PS : Just noticed it happening again tonight. Picture attached. I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser.
What's downloading?

You can use Resource Monitor for this. Resource monitor (the network tab) will track the sent and recieved packets through your PC and determine the applications that are connected to the information flow...
