Hello,
I have an icon (Skype icon) in my system tray (is that the name of the tray on the bottom right of my screen that contains battery, volume, etc.?) that I use a lot and would like to plant there permanently rather than have to go through the up arrow that shows the hidden icons in order to access it. Since I can only have 4 icons there visible, can I make my Solve PC Issues icon hidden and bring my Skype icon to the forefront?

Re: System tray icons
Click the upward-pointing triangle on the left hand side of the notification area (system tray).
Select Customize...
You'll see a list of the available icons. You can choose from three options for each one:
- Show icon and notifications (i.e. show always; this is the one you want)
- Hide icon and notifications (i.e. show never)
- Only show notifications (i.e. show if there is something new)
Click OK.
See Guided Help: Customize the notification area in Windows 7.
