I am now keeping a close watch on folders on my various hard drives (real, TrueCrypt, SUBSTituted etc).
If I find a folder that is NOT (N,T,DM,S) I shall explore its contents.
Audio or graphic ought now always to appear as (N,T,DM,S); There may be other groupings I've not thought of that rear their ugly heads, in which case I shall whack'em into (N,T,DM,S) and observe.
