Upgrade versions will be fine, as I will be installing them on existing Vista machines.

I recently got my copy of Win7 Home Premium upgrade ( 32 & 64 bit ) from Dell.com for $90.00. Actually, using my AMEX Reward Points, it was free!
Dell runs specials occasionally on MS OSs but the $90.00 price is off the table for now. Now it's $109.00 here:

Maybe you can catch them at a lower price point, if you aren't in a rush?
