Scroll bar control color
Is there any way to change the color of that little slider control on the on the scroll bar at the side of the window? Min is difficult to see and would like a little more contrast.

Re: Slider bar color
Not 'out of the box'; you'd have to use a third-party utility such as WindowBlinds.
Best wishes,

Thanks Hans. I was aware of that program yet have not found anyone who successfully done what I need to do without having unintended consequences elsewhere in Windows. Besides it is a bit expensive for what I need.

Re: Scroll bar control color
Without such a utility, the color of the scrollbar slider is linked to that of '3D objects' - changing it would change the color of dialog boxes, buttons etc. throughout all Windows applications except those that provide their own 'skin'.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Scroll bar control color
Have you tried going into Windows advanced settings for the desktop and preferences. If you shade the window borders a bit darker surely it should affect the scroll bar colours and make them a bit more defined.
