I solved this problem by deleting iconcache.db file in C:\users\username\appdata\local\iconcache.db. Then stop and start the explorer process in task manager or restart the computer.Thanks.

According to websites I browsed, the following scenarios can cause these icon issues:

These DB error messages can appear
  • During program installation.
  • While a IconCache.db-related software program (eg. Microsoft Windows) is running.
  • During Windows startup or shutdown.
  • During the installation of the Windows operating system.
  • Corrupt Windows registry keys associated with IconCache.db / Microsoft Windows.
  • Virus or malware infection that has corrupted the IconCache.db file or related Microsoft Windows program files.
  • Another program maliciously or mistakenly deleted IconCache.db-related files.
  • Another program is in conflict with Microsoft Windows and its shared referenced files.
  • Corrupt download or incomplete installation of Microsoft Windows software.

Rudi
