I don't know if this started after the latest Flash update or not but it shows up randomly. I googled the error but it didn't make much sense to me as to what is causing it. Clicking either options doesn't do much but clear the screen and the message comes back, Eventually, it stays away returns again at another time.
Consensus from Google says it's a system error or corrupt system file.
I ran SFC /scannow and it said it repaired some but not all files. The log report is huge but I can't make heads or tails from it. ???

Re: Unknown Adobe Flash error?
Have you tried completely uninstalling Flash Player, then reinstalling it?
Best wishes,

Are you using your psychic powers now, Hans?HansV wrote:Have you tried completely uninstalling Flash Player, then reinstalling it?
That's exactly what I just finished doing and SO FAR, it seems to have done it! Keep all posted if it rears it's ugly head again.

Re: Unknown Adobe Flash error?
As an aside, I couldn't get the latest (Flash 26) update to install by starting from Adobe's get Flash page (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). The stub installer would download but when run it would die halfway. However, it was fine when I used a link (given in the crash dialog) to the full/direct installer.

I always use the direct download links given in http://eileenslounge.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=26298" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (and similar threads). They have never failed me.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Unknown Adobe Flash error?
For information, it looks like all is back in working order, since the re-install of Flash.viking33 wrote:Are you using your psychic powers now, Hans?HansV wrote:Have you tried completely uninstalling Flash Player, then reinstalling it?
