It's a "collective" admin user that we (Claude, Charlotte, Hans, Leif, Mike and Stuart) will use for example if we need to warn a user.

Fluffy and Fang are not administrators, one of them is a VIP and the other is a moderator. They are used to test what these classes of users can see and do.

loungeadmin has been created so that when the administrators agree on a warning message to send to a user this can be sent as a PM from loungeadmin, to make it clear that this is not a personal communication.
