In theory, all fonts. It's best to use fonts that are available on all devices. If the font that you specify is not installed on another device, the browser will try to substitute a similar font.

hmmm... I tried several different serif-style fonts in my signature, and they all looked the same (Georgia, I think). Does that have something to do with my own browser settings?

In Firefox, select Tools > Options.
Under Language and Appearance, click Advanced...
Make sure that the check box 'Allow pages to choose their own fonts, ...' is ticked.

Thought I had a problem here but it turns out I don't have Algerian, Broadway nor Lucida Handwriting installed.
