I too, had this problem, and had to delete all cookies and NOT just those from Eileen's Lounge.
This is using Edge on Windows 10 Home

It was Windows user related, as I logged out and in to a different user name, all was well.
I checked this before deleting the cookies.

I fumbled a little bit deleting Chrome and Firefox cookies and history, but after a couple of tries, I'm logged in.

As with Geoff, I couldn't find a place on Chrome for Android to only delete Lounge site data (or, as Geoff described, even find them), but I did find that I could delete only Lounge History. I don't use Chrome much, so there was little to lose. I wiped 4 weeks of cookies and cache and then was able to log in. No issues with Firefox Focus (it wipes site data all the time).

Oh, soooooo much better Hans! I still prefer my Lounging on a desktop, but it's great on Android/Chrome!

Would flushing the DNS be of any use, it has not been mentioned here ?
If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have NO luck at all.

The DNS for the lounge changed two or three weeks ago, when we moved the server. It shouldn't need flushing again.

Flushing the DNS cache might help users who haven't logged in since the move to a new server.

It is very unlikely that any DNS caches would still be valid. The default time to live for the lounge DNS records is 1 hour and the expiry is set to 7 days.

Please advise Lisa to delete all Lounge cookies from her browser. If that doesn't help, clear the entire browser history.

If all that fails, she could try another browser.
Best wishes,
Hans

I've been getting the "invalid form" message in Chrome (my default browser) since a few days after the server switchover. Thanks, Leif, for giving me the link to Hans' post about the problem. Deleting cookies and history and all the other steps haven't helped at all, and the same for Edge. Today I finally reluctantly tried IE, and it works. Any hints for getting Chrome fixed up?

Weird. Sometimes you have to perform all the steps twice.

Have you tried Firefox?

Strange indeed.
I Always (well nearly always) use Chrome and it has not missed a beat since the server switch.

Final score: Chrome and the new Chrome-based Edge = 0
Firefox and  IE = 2

:thankyou:
